Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We take pride in the quality of our digital products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Because our products are digital downloads (eBooks, keyword packs, cheat sheets, etc.), they cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense once they have been accessed or downloaded. Please read our policy below before making a purchase.
1. Digital Product Sales are Final Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are considered final. Once a digital product has been purchased and the download link has been provided or accessed, we generally do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
2. Exceptions for Refunds We understand that technical issues can occasionally happen. We will gladly review refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:
- Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the same digital item twice.
- Technical Issues: The file is corrupted, fails to open, or is fundamentally defective, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue for you.
- Non-Delivery: You did not receive the download link due to a system error, and we are unable to manually deliver the product to you.
3. How to Request Assistance If you experience any issues with your digital download or believe you qualify for an exception, please contact us immediately so we can help fix the problem.

4. Unused Downloads If you purchased a digital item but have not yet downloaded or accessed the file, you may be eligible for a refund. We can verify download activity on our end. If the file is untouched, please email us at Marcellindem@outlook.com to request a cancellation.
